Rummy World – Game Introduction & Rules
Introduction:
Rummy World is a fun and strategic card game where players aim to form valid sets and sequences using their dealt cards. Based on the classic Rummy, this game challenges your planning, memory, and quick decision-making skills. Perfect for 2-6 players, it’s easy to learn but offers endless excitement as you compete to declare your hand first!
How to Play Rummy World:
Objective:
Arrange all your cards into valid sets (3-4 cards of the same rank, different suits) or sequences (3+ consecutive cards of the same suit) and make a valid declaration before your opponents.
Setup:
A standard 52-card deck (plus Jokers, if used).
Each player gets 13 cards (for 2 players) or 10 cards (for 3+ players).
The remaining cards form the draw pile, with one card placed face-up as the discard pile.
Gameplay:
Draw a Card: On your turn, pick a card from the draw pile or the discard pile.
Form Sets/Sequences: Arrange your cards into:
Pure Sequence (3+ consecutive cards of the same suit, no Joker).
Impure Sequence (includes a Joker as a substitute).
Sets (same rank, different suits, e.g., 7♥, 7♣, 7♦).
Discard a Card: End your turn by discarding one unwanted card.
Declaration: When all cards are arranged (with at least 1 pure sequence), declare to win the round!
Winning:
A valid declaration earns you 0 points (best score), while opponents sum their ungrouped cards.
The game continues over multiple rounds until a player reaches the target score (e.g., 101 points) and is eliminated. The last remaining player wins!
Tips:

Prioritize forming a pure sequence early.

Watch opponents’ discards to guess their strategy.

Use Jokers wisely to complete sets/sequences faster.
